Reidience Glokure Sanctum
Reiki Healing Therapy
A gentle, non-invasive wellness practice offered as intentional space for relaxation, reflection and energetic awareness.
What Reiki is
Reiki—pronounced ray-key—is a Japanese-origin complementary practice commonly used to support relaxation, stress reduction and a sense of overall balance.
Within Reiki tradition, life-force energy—also described across different traditions as ki, chi or prana—is understood to flow through and around living beings. Stress and difficult experiences may be felt as disruptions in that sense of flow. A Reiki session offers quiet, intentional space in which the practitioner uses light touch or positions their hands above the body, always according to training, consent and client comfort.
People may choose Reiki as supportive time for rest, reflection and connection across physical, mental, emotional or spiritual dimensions. Individual experiences vary, and no particular sensation or outcome is required.
What to expect
You remain fully clothed. The session begins with a short conversation about comfort, boundaries and intention. You do not need to explain private experiences or identify a particular cause in order to participate.
No belief system required
Reiki is not a religion and does not require adherence to a spiritual doctrine. People of varied ages, backgrounds and beliefs may approach it as a complementary wellness practice.
Clear boundaries
Reiki does not diagnose or treat medical or mental-health conditions and is not a substitute for qualified healthcare. We do not promise cures or guarantee particular outcomes.

Know what to expect.
Every session is personal, but clear information and consent should never vary.
How is Reiki offered?
You remain fully clothed while resting in a comfortable position. The practitioner uses a sequence of hand positions, either with light touch or with hands held above the body according to your preferences. Reiki is not massage and does not require oils.
What might I feel during a session?
Experiences vary. Some people notice relaxation, warmth, coolness, tingling, heaviness, lightness, emotions or visual imagery; others notice very little or fall asleep. The presence or absence of a sensation does not measure the value of the session.
How might I feel afterward?
You may feel rested, reflective, calm or simply unchanged. Give yourself time to transition and notice your own response without forcing an interpretation. New, severe or persistent physical or emotional symptoms should not be assumed to be a “healing reaction”—seek appropriate professional care.
Is Reiki safe?
Reiki is generally approached as a gentle, non-invasive complementary practice, but comfort, consent and individual circumstances still matter. Tell your practitioner about relevant concerns and continue all care recommended by qualified medical or mental-health professionals.
Can Reiki cure an illness?
No cure is promised, and Reiki should not be used to diagnose or treat a disease. Some people use it alongside appropriate healthcare as supportive time for relaxation, coping and personal wellbeing.
How many sessions do I need?
There is no universal schedule. Some people choose one session; others return periodically as part of a personal wellness routine. Recommendations should reflect your goals, experience, preferences and budget—never pressure or a guaranteed outcome.
Who can learn Reiki?
People from varied backgrounds and belief systems can explore Reiki training. Learning involves instruction, personal practice, consent, ethical boundaries and respect for scope. Reiki training does not confer a medical or mental-health license.
